The customer has the right to withdraw and return a product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, exactly as delivered, with all accessories and packaging.
• The product must be in excellent condition, without damage, alterations or obvious signs of use (such as scratches or nicks).
• The return must be accompanied by the necessary purchase documents.

The costs of shipping and returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

The refund is made only if all the above conditions are met and after checking the condition of the product from the online store.
